First of all, let’s start with my print - Lakeside. A tranquil lake scene, created to make you feel a sense of calm when you look at it. The inspiration for this piece was from a photograph taken in Canada at Banff National Park and it came to fruition when I was deep in the sketchbook phase of my practice, drawing landscapes from all over the world and really stretching myself creatively. I made this piece using gouache and coloured pencil in one of my sketchbooks and when i’d finished it, it was instantly one of those piece that I thought “i’d quite like this on my wall” and it turns out a few of you have thought the same!
Lakeside really would work in any room in your home, but I think it is best suited to a kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom,. As I mentioned earlier, it is the perfect print to add a sense of calm, with the cool blues and greens paired with the sense of a balmy summers afternoon spent by the water.
For travel lovers, wild swimming go-ers and nature fanatics alike I do think this print is an all round safe option if you’re looking for a meaningful and unique gift idea.

Then there was Summer Time Feast - the perfect Mediterranean themed table full of delicious goodies. A print that’s sure to make you hungry! This was the first of my foodie prints series and after adding it to my portfolio and taking it to a market it was an instant hit!
Using a colour palette that is warm an inviting and choosing a selection of food and packaging that has interesting textures and pattern is something that i’m trying to incorporate into my art prints recently. I love it when you can look at a print for a while and still find new details!
In terms of styling, I think this print would look best in a dark wood frame, in keeping with the warm tones in the artwork. It will easily lend itself to being put in a kitchen, dining or utility room but I don’t see why it couldn’t be in any room! Who doesn’t want to wake up and see spaghetti?! I can think of worst things to see first thing in the morning!

My Illustrated map of Cornwall, is the perfect gift for keeping memories of your holidays in Cornwall alive.
I have always had a special place in my heart for Cornwall, so it felt only right to add an illustrated map to my collection. From holiday-ing there every summer while growing up, to then going on to study Illustration at Falmouth University in Cornwall, it’s been a huge part of my life and a very special place to me and many other people too!

And last, but by no means least is an oldie but a goodie - Spanish Garden. This one has been a firm fave from the beginning giving an instant uplifting feeling with bright and bold colours. The main thing that people say about this print is that it feels like summer and makes them want to be on holiday. If you can imagine yourself here too then you get what they mean!
This piece was painted almost entirely with gouache, and then a few small details and touch ups were added in digitally. I love that you can see the textures of the brush marks and the different shades within the paint too.
This print would be amazing in any room, anywhere you want to add a splash of colour and bring a space to life!
